 WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS

• Cre8tive Eye Website Questionnaire must be completed.-Images and files must be provided
  (disk or via email).
  
• 50% deposit is required before commencement of website.
• Website will be uploaded once payment is made in full.
• Once uploaded to host, any additional information and/or changes will be considered updates and subjected to update fees.
• Update payment must be made in full before files are uploaded.
